Managing transformations in retail agglomerations:Case Itis shopping center

چکیده
Shopping centers have received much interest in recent years. This comes as many struggled with declining footfall and the demise of large anchor tenants. The bankruptcy one tenant has often led shopping into a downward spiral from which there is no return. In this paper, we provide an example how center can develop sustainably transforming retailscape. Our findings highlight role management success contemporary centers, particularly crafting mix each to play.
